Provider-Level Custom Exercises

Providers can add their own exercises to the system that are exclusively accessible to them.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE: 

1. On the 'Add Prescription' page, on the 'Selected Exercises' bucket on the right, select the '+' to add an exercise.
   
   
   
   
2. The 'Add Custom Exercise' pop-up will appear for you to add an exercise name, default parameters, instructions, tags, Video URL, and Image.
   
   
   
   3. There are two possible check boxes on the pop-up:

☐ Save to My Exercises (available to all providers) 

☐ Save to Clinic Exercise Library (only available for group administrator accounts)

 

 

4. Click 'Save Changes' after filling up the fields.  

Providers have the option to add default CPT codes for custom clinic exercises for Prompt groups. Group Admins can assign a default CPT code to each custom clinic exercise. When exported to a visit in Prompt, the default CPT code is automatically selected.

Notes:

• If neither box is checked, the exercise will be only be added to that patient's prescription and will not be accessible thereafter.
• If the exercise is saved to 'My Exercises', it will be saved to your personal exercise library.
• If the exercise is saved to 'Clinic Exercise Library', it will be saved to the Clinic Exercise Library the same way it would be if it was added on the Administrator Dashboard. It will be accessible to all providers in your group thereafter.
• In all cases, upon the exercise being submitted, it will be added to that Patient's prescription.
