Copying a Patient Setup Link

The Copy Setup Link button is used to troubleshoot any issues that patients may encounter while setting up their accounts.

Below is  a video tutorial on how to copy a patient setup link

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.) To manually copy a patient's setup link, navigate to the "Patients" page.

2.) On this page you're able to search for a specific patient by making use of the search bar on the top right of the page. Click the patient card to go to the patient's profile. 

3.) Once in the Patient's profile, click the 3 blue dots to the left of the page. Scroll down and click the "Copy Setup Link" button to copy the link to your clipboard.

A Success! Patient activation link has been copied to your clipboard pop-up will appear at the top right of the page.

4.) From here, open up a new browser page, and paste the link. 

5.) The link will take you to the password setup screen. From here you can set up an account and password for the patient.

Notes: 

• This feature can also be used to set up a password in real time at the clinic, allowing the patient immediate access to the app.
• The "Copy Setup Link" can be used even if the patient has already had their account set up.
• The link can function as a password reset, too.
