Providers will see only their RTM-eligible patients by default when logging in and accessing the RTM dashboard.
Below is a video tutorial on how to filter RTM patients by assigned providers:
1.) Log in to the branded provider app platform and click the "RTM Dashboard" option.
2.) Navigate to the "Search Bar" below the colored blocks and click the "Filter Providers" button.
Users can select either:
a.) specific providers from the drop-down list - to show all patients assigned to them;
b.) the "Select All" button to select all of the providers in the group to show all RTM-enabled patients
Hit the "Save Changes" button.
The changes made to filtering the providers will be displayed on the left of the screen above the patients.
3.) All of the RTM patients in your group will appear in the search results depending on your filter selection.
4.). When using the 'Sort' feature, the items you sort by will stay persistent even when you move to other tabs on the system. For example, if you decide to sort by 'Call Status,' the patients that have the Live Call will be indicated first. If you navigate to the 'Messages' page and return to the RTM Dashboard, your sort selection will still be on 'Call Status;' until you either change your sort arrangement or are logged out and you log back in again.
