RTM Codes Billed per Patient

Understanding the frequency of RTM code billing per patient is essential for tailoring therapy services to individual needs.

Our RTM Reports break down the utilization of RTM codes on a per-patient basis, enabling administrators to identify patterns in patient engagement and adherence to remote monitoring protocols.

This information is instrumental in personalizing care plans and ensuring that patients receive the right level of attention.

To view the RTM Codes Billed by Providers, you'd need to be logged in and have access to the Administrator Dashboard.

Step-By-Step Guide:

1.) Log in to the provider portal and navigate to the "RTM Reports" tab in the "Reports" section of the Administrator Dashboard. 

In the RTM Reports tab, scroll down to "RTM Codes Billed per Patient."

2.) The third report displayed is the "RTM Codes Billed per Patient" in the form of a table. The table displays the:

• RTM Code
• Patient Name
• Ready for Billing Date
• Billed Date
• Billed By

To expand the view, click on either the "Expand" button or the "Load More" button.

3.) Once clicking either the "Expand" or "Load More" button, the table will be expanded. The information displayed is from the last 30 days and the table is titled "RTM Codes Billed per Patient (Last 30 Days) Report". 

4.) To refine the displayed data even further, select the "Filter" button to the right of the page.

The filters that can be applied are:

• Date Range - Administrators can search for up to a year prior to the current date. For example: if today is August 23, 2024, I can select my "start date" as August 24th, 2023.
• RTM Code(s) - filter for a specific RTM code, or for all four codes.
• Biller(s) - apply the filter to one provider/biller only, or a number of providers/billers. Simply click a providers name to include them in the report.

5.) Once your desired filter(s) have been selected, click the "Apply Filter" button to generate the "new" data.

6.) The filters will be applied and the table will display the filtered data. 

7.) The information can be exported to a CSV file with or without filters applied by clicking the "Export" button.

Notes:

• RTM Codes Billed Per Patient Report: Now includes all RTM codes, both billed and unbilled. Added a ‘Ready for Billing Date’ column to indicate when each code became eligible for billing.
• RTM Patients Report: The enrollment date is now displayed and providers can filter the list based on the enrollment date. Additionally, email and phone number fields have been added to the report. These fields are now included when exporting the report to CSV.
