In this section, we'll explore the world of Net Promoter Score (NPS) reports and how they can empower your clinic to gauge patient satisfaction effectively.
The NPS Reports can be accessed by Administrators via the Administrator Dashboard.
1.) Log in to your provider portal and click your name in the top right corner.
2.) From the drop-down menu, click the "Administrator" tab.
3.) Once you're in the Administrator Dashboard, click the "Reports" icon.
4.) You'll then be directed to the Reports Dashboard. Here, you'll need to select the third report option, which is "NPS Reports".
5.) In the NPS Reports tab, Administrators will be able to apply the following filters to narrow down the NPS information:
- Start and End Date
- Program
- Location
- Provider
By leveraging NPS data effectively, physical therapy clinics can make informed decisions that positively impact patient loyalty and overall success.
