This tutorial will show you how to assign providers and remove previous providers for a specific patient.
Assigning and removing a provider(s) can be done with ease from the patient's profile.
Assigning Patients to Providers:
1.) Once you have selected the applicable patient's profile, you will be able to update the providers by clicking the 3 dots on the right of the screen and selecting "Assign Providers."
The provider who added the patient on the system and assigned the prescription will be the default provider for that patient.
2.) In the "Assign Provider" field, you will be able to search through providers and select the correct one(s) from the dropdown menu.
In the above example, Mickey Mouse, PT is selected as the provider. A prompt will pop up once the changes are successfully saved.
The new provider will be added in the "Current Assigned Providers" section.
Removing Assigned Providers
1.) In the "Assign Provider" tab, under "Current Assigned Providers," simply click the 'x' button to the right of the Provider's name and wait for the success prompt.
