When adding patients the "Enable RTM" status can either be enabled or disabled. Providers can set the default setting of this status in their profile.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1.) Log in to the system and navigate to the "Profile" tab.
2.) Once you're in your profile, scroll down to "Default RTM Status." A blue toggle indicates that the RTM status has been enabled.
3.) To disable the RTM Status, click the toggle. A Success! pop-up will appear on the top right corner.
4.) A gray toggle indicates that the RTM Status has been disabled by default.
- When adding patients from now on, the RTM Status toggle will then be gray (disabled.)
