What is an Intro Pop-up Message?

• • • • This message is displayed below your logo when the patient initially logs into the app. After this initial log in, the message will not be displayed again.
         
        
                                                                              

 

Editing the Intro Pop-up Message

 

1.) Log in as an admin, then hover over and click your name in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, click "Administrator." 

 

 

2.) You'll be directed to the Administrator Dashboard, click the "In-App Customizations" card.

 

 

3.) Select "Set Intro Pop-up Message" and fill in your desired intro pop-up message. 

 

• Click the "Save Changes" button to apply the changes you've made.

 

4.) A Success! Changes have been saved pop-up will appear on the top right of the screen once the changes to your Intro Pop-up Message have been successfully saved.
