Providers can request the PT Wired team to customize the below buttons on their mobile app:
- Customizable Buttons (links to Facebook, Blogs, etc.)
- Rewards (Leaving a Review, Exercise Completion or Routine Completion)
Along with these buttons, the Home Page Announcement and the Intro Pop-up Message can be set by group admins via the Administrator Dashboard, or simply send our team a request via email to customize these for you.
This article shows you which buttons you can request to be edited for your mobile app.
1. Owner Intro Video - The first time a patient opens the app and logs in, they will be greeted by this short video. Here is an example.
2. Customizable buttons, such as links to your Facebook page or YouTube channel, can be made available to your patients under the "More" tab on your clinic's app.
The following buttons come default with every custom app:
- Settings
- Languages
- Biometric Authentications
- Track Steps
- Daily Outcome Score
- App Feedback
- Bill Pay
3. Create Rewards for your patients based on them leaving a review, completing a set of exercises, or completing a routine (Metric Type.)
- Leave a Review! - with this reward, patients with the highest activity of usage reported for your custom app will be prompted to leave a review on the "Start Your Exercises" page. The links will direct your patients to your Google and Facebook review pages.
- Exercise Completion - the patient will need to complete, for example, 5 exercises to win a custom clinic water bottle, clinic T-shirt, coffee mug, voucher, etc.
- Program Completion - for example, the patient will need to complete all 5 exercises in their HEP. Once they have marked all in the exercises in HEP as complete, this will qualify as a "Program." So you could have the metric for the patient to complete their HEP 10 times.
Patients can find their programs and streaks in the "Achievements" page by clicking the trophy icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
All we'd need from you is:
- The Metric Target
- The content of the top and bottom sections of the reward pop-up:
- The top and bottom of Reward Completion section - this is what patients will see upon completing the chosen reward and its metric
- A picture of the reward you'd like to offer
We'll do the rest from linking the review links to your app, as well as the design of the reward section and image editing.
