3.12.0 Phone Number Set Up Walkthrough
New Releases:
- Added the option to set a patient up via phone number rather than email address. Patients set up via phone number will receive text message notifications and updates, including the initial setup link to download the app and account activation.*
- âPrint Prescriptionâ on the patient web app now includes the option to translate the print-out into 75+ languages.
- Added an option to switch between displaying the provider's email address or the locationâs email address on the patient's PDF exercise printout. This toggle allows flexibility to accommodate different preferences within various groups. Contact PT Wired support to update your preference.
- Added the ability for administrators to classify specific templates as 'Group' templates. Group templates will have a special label and filter option so all providers can easily identify and access them.
- Template editing has been restricted to the Templateâs creator to avoid unwanted edits.
Fixes:
- Fixed a bug in which messages sent from different users were being displayed as one thread.
- Addressed a bug on the mobile app in which the app would crash when marking exercises as complete.*
- Fixed a bug where some patients saw a blank white screen upon logging in to the app.*
- Fixed a bug where some providers received new message email notifications despite the âMessageâ feature being disabled.
- Addressed a bug in which the Web would crash when the "Messaging" pop-up was accessed from the RTM Details Tray and the patient's profile.
- Clicking the âAssignâ button no longer causes the web to crash for providers.
- Updating a patientâs name will now also update the patientâs profile on the âMessagesâ tab of the mobile app.*
- Fixed an issue that caused a turquoise screen to appear when using the "Add Conversation" feature.
- Implemented a fix for limited loading time when billing out RTM codes.
- Fixed an issue in which the RTM Timer was not capturing âMessaging Patientâ as a loggable activity.
- Fixed an issue that caused the RTM Timer for patients with multiple prescriptions to act inconsistently.
- Implemented a fix to auto-assign a provider who is adding a prescription to a patient they were not initially assigned to.
- Resolved a bug related to the "Review" metric's social media links where tapping on the links occasionally triggered an alert or error message.*
- Addressed a bug related to Routine Achievement. Completing all exercises in a Home Exercise Program now triggers the "First Routine Complete" pop-up, and this achievement is recorded on the Routines tab of the Achievements page.*
- Addressed a bug in which the First Routine award was unlocked prematurely.*
- Added a confirmation of successful submission when patient submits NPS survey.
Improvements:
- A notice of pending billable codes has been implemented when discharging RTM patients.
- Added the function for providers to delete a Care Plan.
- Added a âDateâ field that displays when an RTM Code was âBilledâ.
- Multiple prescriptions are listed in the order they were added.
- Adjusted the RTM Enrollment Date and billing period to when the first HEP is assigned rather than when the patient is created.
- 'Days Remaining' on the âPatient Data Logâ has been set to when the first HEP is assigned to the patient.
- Date and time of RTM Codes on the patientsâ RTM Details Tray (Billing tab) are now arranged in chronological descending order.
- Setting the PDF Printout Email to âProviderâ displays the email address of the provider who is logged in, not the patientâs creator.
- âWrite-In Exerciseâ feature has been removed from the âView Exercisesâ tab and is only available on HEP creation/edit/update and Template build (new/edit template).
- Clinic locations on the âAppointmentsâ tab of the app are now sorted alphabetically.*
- Patients are now sorted alphabetically by first name on âPatientsâ tab.
- Added the option to search for providers by email address or name from the âAssign Providersâ dropdown menu.
- Clinic Locations are now sorted alphabetically on 'Edit Patient' pop-up
- Changing your name as a provider updates the patientâs app immediately.*
- âResend Setup Email' button has been changed to 'Resend Setup Link'.
- Deactivated Providers are no longer reflected on RTM Documentation exports.
- NPS email template now displays the 1-10 scoring as a single row.
