Step-by-Step Guide:
1.) To view a patient's profile, navigate to the "Patients" page.
2.) Providers can search for patients either via the search bar or the using the case ID search function.
a.) Providers are able to search for a specific patient by making use of the search bar on the top right of the page by entering either an email address or a phone number. On the results, click the patient card to go to the patient's profile.
b.) Searching for patients using Case ID. The provider will automatically be directed to the patient's profile.
3. Providers can also edit the case IDs by navigating to the patient's prescription and clicking on the 'Edit' icon.
4. You will be redirected to the exercise selection page where you will click on 'Next' to go to the 'Prescription Details' page.
5. On the Prescription Details page, 'Prescription Case ID' will be the first field. Edit as needed and then proceed to 'Assign.'
6. You will be redirected to the patient's profile where you will see a pop-up notification alerting you of the successful update.
Note:
- A patient's Case ID will be indicated on the patient's prescription, within their profile.
- If a patient has multiple prescriptions, the Case ID for each prescription will be displayed on the corresponding prescription.
