Exporting & Printing PDF from the Patient Web App

Here's a step by step instructions on how to export your prescription as a PDF or print your prescription at home. 

Below is a video tutorial on how to print your prescription

1.) After activating your patient account, log in to the platform. 

2.) At the bottom right corner, click the 'More' button. 

3.) On the next page, click the 'Print Prescription' button.

4.) The Print Prescription pop-up interface should appear.

a.) If you have multiple prescriptions, you can select from the drop-down option which prescription you will be exporting or printing.

b.) If you prefer to save your prescription as a PDF, click the 'Save As PDF' button to export your prescription into a PDF file and save it to your computer.
